Wealth and Business Planning Process

Steps and process taken to develop and implement a personalized comprehensive Wealth and Business plan are as follows:

Step I: Acquaintance

In this initial meeting, we ask you to tell us in detail about your financial life and your Business. Your goals and lifestyle. Risks and opportunities, you foresee. We’ll want to understand your personal characteristics - your strengths and your experiences, as well as areas in which we can support you. We’ll also guide you through the documentation gathering process necessary to continue the planning process.

Step II: Discovery

Our learning continues as you provide the Financial, Tax and legal materials , personally and business, that was requested in the previous meeting. More questions, more discussion, and a deeper understanding of your resources and how we can begin to bridge them to your goals.

Step III: Validation

We present a detailed review of all the background information you provided us, so that you can validate its accuracy. This ensures a clear understanding of the assumptions we will use to move forward. Although this is a recap of information from our clients, it’s often an eye opening experience for them.

Step IV: Strategy

In this work session, we outline a strategy for helping you to achieve your business and financial goals. No delving into specific ideas or solutions yet - just a focused look at a plan to help you get to where you want to be and go. Want to make sure we are on same page and didn’t miss anything.

Step V: Observations, Recommendation & Execution

At last, we discuss specific observations and recommendations and solutions and begin implementing them. We take full responsibility for the execution, completion and follow through of our recommended solutions.

Step VI:Measure, Manage, Report and Collaborate

Once your plan is in place and all your advisors are up to speed our advisory service to you has just begun. We will continue to communicate with you and the other advisors, meet regularly, at your convenience, to review your and our progress, evaluate your current financial and business situation discuss prevailing economic, business and market conditions, and consider any necessary adjustments. Our attention to your ongoing needs is only achieved when we have access to all your updated finacial data and documents available at our fingertips.
